Sharp Corporation of Australia has announced the release of a second model from their new PGD projector series, the PG-D3750W projector. The PDG3750W is a low cost professional projector suitable for installation, and thanks to its in-built carry handle also suited well for mobile use.

BrilliantColour™ technology delivers superb image brilliance and vastly superior colour nuances. Adding to the excellent picture quality is an outstanding brightness of 3700 ANSI lumens and a 2200:1 contrast ratio to deliver a clear and crisp projection in nearly any lighting condition.

Offering excellent presentation performance for classroom and conference room applications, the PG-D3750W features a Wide-XGA (1280 x 800) image with 1080p capability. HDTV compatibility and extensive connectivity make it the perfect solution for displaying images from a variety of input sources: PCs, HD set top boxes, Blu-ray and DVD players, game consoles, etc. The projector includes an HDMI terminal, two RGB component inputs, S-video, composite video and stereo audio, an RS-232C port and a USB input for mouse control. There is also an RJ-45 LAN connection for remote control and web browser access for diagnostics and automatic email of product status.

Inbuilt high power output stereo speakers (5W per channel) are sufficient for use without the need for a peripheral audio system in some situations, contributing to total installation cost savings. Low maintenance filter-free design with sealed DLP optical system further contributes to low total cost of ownership.

Other useful features include theft deterrent system lock, key lock function as well as presentation assist functions by remote control (page up/down, pointer, spotlight and mouse control).

Sharp Corporation of Australia has announced the release of the new PG-F267X DLP® short-throw projector delivering excellent presentation performance for both business and education applications.

Featuring a short-throw lens, the PG-F267X provides impressive presentations in limited space or a small room. Requiring only 1.3 metres to project a 100 inch diagonal picture, the projector can be placed close to a wall or screen to free up space during business meetings or classroom situations. With its short throw capability it is suitable for installations with electronic whiteboards. It allows distraction-free presentations by reducing presenter’s shadow on the image, and prevents eye glare from the projector light.

The projector’s BrilliantColour™ technology and six-segment colour wheel delivers superb picture brilliance and vastly superior colour nuances. Crisp details and sharper blacks are produced thanks to a high 2200:1 contrast ratio. The PG-F267X boasts 2500 ANSI lumens brightness and can projector high resolution images up to UXGA (1600 x 1200) and SXGA+ (1400 x 1050). It is also compatible with digital high definition 1080p.

Connection to other equipment is made easy thanks to multiple input terminals including DVI-I for digital and analogue input, D-sub terminals (in/out) as well as compatibility with AV equipment, computers and video game consoles.

The PG-F267X is equipped with Sharp’s Unique Network System providing remote access and management of the projector via a LAN connection. Sharp Corporation of Australia has announced the release of the new PGF255W DLP® projector featuring widescreen image reproduction, BrillantColour™ technology and the clarity of 2,500 lumens brightness for superb large screen viewing.

Delivering excellent presentation performance for both business and education applications, the Sharp PGF255W projector features a wide screen compatible WXGA (1280 x 800) panel which boasts a 1.3 times larger image than standard XGA. It is also compatible with digital high definition 1080p giving it the added flexibility to be used as a theatre projector.

The projector’s BrilliantColour™ technology delivers superb picture brilliance and vastly superior colour nuances. This extraordinary colour brilliance is achieved through a colour processing algorithm which provides greater depth and vibrancy to intermediate colours such as video and natural landscapes. Adding to the excellent picture quality is a 2200:1 high contrast ratio to deliver crisper detail and sharper blacks.
