Catering for those wanting to lead healthy, active lives, the SuperSteam™ Oven is more than just a microwave. The AX1500JS not only offers health benefits but a new cooking technology that revolutionises the way food is cooked.
SuperSteam™ Convection technology works by combining superheated steam and convection heat. Steam is superheated to approximately 300 °Celsius before being combined with a convection heating system to ensure optimal cooking and exceptionally moist and flavourful results. It enables healthier meal preparation as food can be made crisp and tasty without using oil. The innovative cooking method also helps to reduce salt, calories and fat content while retaining vitamin C nutrients.

The AX-1500JS incorporates an intelligent operating system that displays directions on a large LCD display. The oven’s unique Complete Meal function uses SuperSteam™ Convection to cook eight different pre-programmed meals conveniently and save time. Ideal for rooms where space is at a premium – especially bedrooms, kitchens and offices, the XL-MP15H is perfect as a shelf unit. It offers crystal clear audio with 10 watt RMS output power plus bass from the inbuilt X-Bass function with a four mode pre-programmed equalizer. The unit is also environmentally friendly with only 0.6 watt power consumption in stand-by mode.
CD-R/RW playable, the system also offers MP3 and WMA compatibility. Front audio input allows for instant and simple connection to other audio equipment.

Sharp Corporation of Australia is delighted to announce the release of three new microwave ovens, the R290NS, R395NS and R398NS, which combine the latest microwave technology with a stylish and contemporary stainless steel fascia.
All three models feature easy defrost menus, alarm function, one touch instant action and have five power levels to suit all cooking needs.
The compact Sharp R290NS features 800W of output power, six one touch instant action menus for cooking and reheating as well as a 272mm glass carousel turntable.
The midsize R395NS and R398NS both feature 1100W of output power, a wider 320mm glass carousel turntable, an instant cook button, more/less setting, child lock and demonstration mode with an overview of the inbuilt features and functions. When it comes to making meals conveniently, the R395NS steps up to the challenge and features eight one touch instant action menus for quick and efficient cooking and reheating.
